Job duties include construction observation, interaction with architectural and engineering clients, organizing, compiling, and preparing documents and developing system testing protocols. Submittal reviews,organizing and conducting project meetings. Knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems design and an understanding of construction documents and processes. Word processing and project scheduling is also required.
